Payments run on Buy Me a Coffee, which means three things can go sideways. Here’s each one, and what actually fixes it.
You changed your mind and cancelled
Nothing was charged, and nothing is waiting on you. The free opening of every feeling stays where it was, and three full pieces are free to read. Find another feeling →
The payment was declined or failed
Buy Me a Coffee handles cards, Apple Pay and PayPal — if one is refused, another usually isn’t. Nothing reaches Moodshop either way; no half-charge is sitting anywhere. Go back to the feeling and try once more.
You paid, and no page opened
That’s the one real failure, and it’s on my side: it happens when a piece’s redirect isn’t set up properly. Message me through Buy Me a Coffee — the same place your receipt came from — and say which feeling you bought. I’ll send you the link straight away, and refund it if you’d rather.
You lost the link
The page you unlocked stays live — it just isn’t listed anywhere and there’s no account to log into, so the bookmark is the only way back. If you’ve lost it, message me with your receipt and I’ll send it again.
It didn’t do anything for you
Then say so. Refunds on a few dollars of writing aren’t worth anyone’s afternoon, so I’d rather send you a different feeling — but if you want the money back, ask and it’s yours.
